Information Regarding Account Deletion

Steps to Delete the account

  1. Fill out the form.
  2. We will confirm your identity and other details manually.
  3. Log Out/ Uninstall the app.
  4. After confirmation, account will be deleted.

Note: It will take 3-4 weeks to delete your account. If you log in, into the same account, the account will be reactivated and request to delete will be cancelled.

Account information we will not delete

For the detection of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activities, we will not delete the following details from our database:

  1. User Id/Customer Id
  2. Mobile Number/Phone Number
  3. Historic App Activities/Interactions data

    Please fill the details as per your registered account on Eight App.

    Note: As this is a manual process it might take sometime to delete your account. All your data will be lost realted to this account. Please log out/Uninstall the app after you submit the form. We will contact you on the above email id or phone number for any further clarification or information.
